My puppy was stung by something.
My puppy was outside earlier today & she got stung by something on her padding of her back left foot. I put ice on it & I've been watching her. She keeps moving around and can't get comfortable she's also crying. Right now the vet's closed. & I don't know what to do?

Try some Benadryl, up to 2 mg per pound of body weight every 8 hours. I seldom suggest medicating your dog yourself, but this is one case I will until you can get to the vet in the morning. Be sure and tell the vet about the Benadryl so he correctly interrupts the symptoms correctly.

When is a puppy not a puppy anymore? [ 3 Answers ]

Our Lhasa is now 10 months old. As a puppy we have had food available pretty much at all times, but maybe he's getting past that now, and for his weight should maybe only be fed about a cup to a cup and a half of his dog meal a day. We have been using Wysong, by the way, and it seems to have a...
