How do you know if you are too thin? What is your BMI?

Coeliac and Celiac Disease are the same. My youngest son has Celiac Disease.

Have you spoken with your doctor or your dietician/nutritionist about wanting to gain weight? Also, the inability to gain weight can be a symptom of diabetes, so make sure you do not have that. Ask your doctor. Also ask if you have a lactose intolerance, it is common with people who have Coeliac Disease. One more thing, are you taking any vitamins or nutrients (eg. Iron, folic acid and the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K). Again, ask your doctor. Don't start with something your doctor does not approve.

Someone with Coeliac or Celiac Disease can eat and not gain much weight at all. My son east six mini meals a day, plus snacks. He remains around 80-85 lbs.

If you eat healthy, follow the diet, remain in good overall health, you should be okay. But always check with your doctor. What may not affect one person, may affect you negatively. Take care.
