Crunches work great for me! I also tense my abs while driving for a little extra workout.

Squats, lunges, side leg raises, leg crossovers, thigh squeezes, reverses crunches, full crunches, crunches withnexercise ball, bicyclemmaneuvers on floor, no equip. ab rollers, or go to WWW. Hintsandthings.couk/bathroom/home%20exercise.htm

Visible abs are the result of a low bodyfat percentage. No number of crunches will do that for you. You need to fix your diet and up the exercise.

Good abdominal muscles are the result of exercise and loss of bodyfat but if you just want to tone them then you can do some basic exercises, the best ones being crunches, Reverse crunches, if you're a beginner I would not suggest this next one but otherwise hanging leg raises are the best lower abs exercise, also the plank is a good core exercise.
