    Exterior Water Valve
    The exterior water valve on a trailer I am moving into is stripped and will not turn the water off. How does a person replace that valve?

    We need more details. Is this a hose bib or the house shut off valve? How does it connect? Screw on? Soldered? Glued to PVC? Is it metal or plastic? Back to you. Tom
