    Evicting my daughter
    My daughter is very violent and when the police get here they say she lives here and she is allowed to stay. What do I do to evict her?she does not pay rent or anything she is also 35 years old.

    Does she have a serious health condition, or is she on the tenancy/mortgage? If she isn't on anything legal, I would imagine you can change the locks and leave her out, put her stuff into storage etc, but that may be a bit drastic! Is there any reason why, at 35, she still lives at home?
