    Dryer Conversion Gas 2 Electric
    Own Kenmore Elite Gas dryer model 110.71062000. Currently in an area which does not have piped gas. Is there a method or conversion kit which will allow me to convert from gas to electric. Thanks in advance... Top

    None that I'm aware of. Time to purchase a new dryer. Not what you wanted to hear, huh?

    Already have a basic electric dryer in place, but prefer the original one with all the features. Had hoped for a conversion, but time for plan "B". Thanks for the response.

    Convert from Natural Gas to Propane and get a propane bottle like you would have for an outdoor grill.
