    02 ford explorer trans
    The overdrive off light started blinking and now the vehicle will not go forward or reverse

    . Attach a scan tool to the Data Link Connector (DLC) and check for transmission codes.

    . Check all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Here's how:
