    Signing over my rights (her husband wants to adopt)
    I live in summit county Ohio and I am wondering how to sign over my rights and let him adopt my son. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

    Well, one of you needs to hire a lawyer. If you are in agreement, splitting the cost would be nice.

    The mom needs to hire an attorney to do the adoption, the attorney will draw up the paper work for you to sign over your rights as part of the adoption paperwork,

    I am sorry that you don't want to see your son, be part of his life, here on fathers day I almost cry and I see people blessed with being a father who won't be.
