Stucco (I think) crack / drooping
    Hi All.

Ihave purchased this OLD building (1920's) to put my photo studio into... The walls are 3 rows of brick. And sometime in the last 5-25 years someone dressed up the front and down
Both sides with Stucco (I think). My dad was a brick layer, and we are in the Midwest, not a lot of stucco here... lots of Dryvit, not much stucco.

I have seen some articles about patching stucco... wandering if I should attempt to use Spax type screws to retain the drooping pieces, caulk and paint or tear it off and attempt to match that finish...

Or option C... Put up an awning or make some similar stick - framed overhang
