What can you tell me about the instant cash loans that are being offered. The interest is high, but you get the money overnight. Does it go on your credit report and do they check your credit.

Im sure any loan company will chack your credit and yes it goes on your credit report if you don't pay.

Your probably referring to a payday loan, you bring in proof of employment and they give you a percentage of a normal paycheck immediately. It's a really bad idea and you lose a lot of money on the interest, I wouldn't consider it unless its an emergency.

Except for payday loan places, and loan sharks in the back of pool halls, yes they check your credit.

If you are so deep in debt, and have such bad credit DO NOT, do not borrow more money that is not the way to fix anything.

The Padre is RIGHT ON. Borrowing at high interest rates is NOT a way to get out of trouble. It's a way to get in deeper. Getting a second job, or selling the new car and buying a hoopti is a way to get out of trouble.

I know excon, I drive a 20 year old pickup that the passenger door will no longer open and we have taken a hammer and beat out some of the large dents. ( a real chick magnet)

I finally bought some new shirts last year, my wife and I were looking at photos of my oldest boy ( now 30) when he was about 10, and my wife said, look you got a shirt on that looks just like the one in the photo, well sadly it was THE same shirt.

My lunch out is a lunch box with water that I fill the bottles at home and a sandwich that I make.

But if you are just too deep in debt, you have to go on a budget, you may have to loose a few things, give up some things and change your life style.
