    Toilet makes bubbles
    When the water drain from my tub or washing machine the toilet will bubble up, what is causing the bubbling and how do I fix it. Hope someone can help this Army wife. Trying to learn to fix things on my own.:D

    It sounds like there is something not vented correctly.

    You have a partial blockage downstream from your toilet and the lavatory roof vent needs to be snaked. The bubble's caused by The discharge bangs into the partial clog in the line and starts to rebound back pushing a bubble of air ahead of it. This is the bubble that you see. The solution is to snake out the lavatory roof vent. Good luck, Tom
