    Another thing is that if he does like me he is shy about girls and stuff and I'm sure he would want anyone else to know we were dating or fooling around or whatever and I don't mind that I can live without our friends giving us you know? But I don't really know how to let him know that I am totally OK with it if he wants it like that I don't know

    The best way that I know is just to sit down and talk it out. Just you 2 no one else. You know what I mean?

    Yeah and today he skipped his summer school and hung out with me all day it was fun and he was getting all touchy feely and stuff but I think he's honestly to nervous to kiss but I don't know

    Well it sounds like he very much does like you, and if he's a nervous kind of guy and you would like to kiss him. Then I think there is only one thing to do and that is show him that you care. Kiss him

    Let me tell you that there are most likely sexual undertones in you friendship with this guy. That is how the majority of cross-sex friendships are. If you like him and want to date him I say tell him.:)
