    How do I get judement on his bank acct
    I wrote about taking the guy back to court and you said frank that I could garnish his wages or bank acct but he do not week and owes a trailer park and he add his friend on the trailer park but I know he got a bank acct how do I go about getting papers served on his acct?

    When you took him to court the first time did the court find judgment against this man? If they did, then you can go onto the next step and file the papers to state that he has not satisfied the decision. If the account was found against you and a decision had been made to state that he owed you nothing then you can not take him back to card again. You can not sue for the same thing over and over until you get what you want
