    Intermittent bleeding
    I am 45 years old and I had a complete hysterectomy about 6 years ago, recently I started passing blood clots intermittently. What could cause this?:confused:

    If you had a complete hysterectomy, you should not be experiencing any menses. Were your ovaries removed as well as your uterus? If not, then you did not have a complete hysterectomy. The smartest thing you can do for yourself is to make an appointment with your gynecologist. You need to have a physical examination, possibly run some other tests, discuss what exactly was removed, and why this is happening now. This isn't something that can be diagnosed online.
