    Most fuel pumps are in the gas tank. Turn the ignition switch to ON (first position) and you should hear it run. Very few fuel pumps go bad. Often, the problem is with the main relay, fuses, or ECM. The ECM must function properly for most main relays (CCRMs) and fuel pumps to work.

    I would begin by testing all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Here's how:
