Whole house fan with a bad switch.
We have a jet air whole house fan with a switch that stops and starts during the cycle. The unit is less than 3yrs old. Do I need a new switch? Can I do the work myself? Your knowledge is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What sort of switch is operating it? The idea to bypass the switch and see if the problem persists, is a good one.
