    Stroke alitude back pack
    I had mild stroke how dangerous to back pack @ 10,000:confused: :confused: :confused: -12,000 feet? How can I reduce danger?

    Backpacking at this altitude is not the safest activity for you to do now. First I recommend you seek expert advise in a rehab. Program in order to recondition your body
