    A call to action?
    Over in Germany the anticapitalist and antiimperialist protests are ongoing. Today and tomorrow is "Actionday against war, militarization and torture." Other planned protests/events are:

    • United States Social Forum
    • Katrina Survivors Forum
    • Free Roaming Human- Cross-Country on Foot for Wild Bison
    • A discussion of the book "You Have No Rights: Stories of America in an Age of Repression"
    • Building the Movement for Reproductive Freedom
    • 911 Truth -- We Want Justice protest, on the 11th day of every month
    • The Love, Imagine, Network and Kindness (L.I.N.K.) 2007 Symposium


    And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Southampton World Naked Bike Ride to "demonstrate the vulnerability of cyclists on the road and to protest against oil dependency" and of course, "Protest at White House Every Saturday."

    Why doesn't anyone ever protest against Islamofascist terrorism?

    I believe that is what is happening as we speak in the middle east! The protesters have lots of guns and tanks and it certainly isn't peaceful!
