    My belly jiggles more
    I have recently lost 49 lbs and though my belly is way smaller it jiggles more, is this because the fat is breaking down? Please advise.

    Well congratulations on your weight loss, that's really great! As you now know with correct diet and exercise fat cells can be shrunk enough to give us a lean look. It just takes time. We can all reduce our body fat, but changes need to last forever, not only for quick weight loss we need right now. When we burn fat the amount of fat stored in the fat cells decrease and the fat cells shrink. You burn fat only after about 20 minutes of exercise. What you need now for abdominal fat reducing is resistance training, but you must also train the whole body. When you speed up your metabolism you burn more body fat. Use crunches, hip lifts, reverse crunches, crunch machines or ab rollers. To remove the flab you need to do more exercise, aerobics, jogging, walking try to get up to a mile, biking. The key is 30-60 minute workout 4-5 times a week. You need to tighten these muscles in your stomach area as well as get rid of this excess flab. Drink lots of water, ice cold throughout the day. Just keep working on it, your almost there!

    Remember that the 49 pounds that you lost took up space under the skin, well that skin is still there and it will look like it jiggles till you get it into shape also.
