    I am trying to find out how to write a virginia eviction notice.

    Go to the sheriff's office and fill out a "five-day-pay-or-quit" notice (if for non payment of rent) or a "thirty-day-notice-of-non-remedial-breach" (if for a lease violation). Pay to have she sheriff serve it, because if you don't they can claim they never got it. Call before you go, or check your county webpage to see how much the fees are, and how they have to be paid (in my county they only accept money orders).
