I Have Ruined My Hair And I Want To Fix It Please Help Me!!
I dyed my hair a few weeks ago and I thought it would look cute if I put light brown highlights in my dark brown hair but the lady at the salon put a golden color and she made them streaks. Well now I try to hide the streaks the best I can by parting my hair to another side but it completely ruined my hair style. Is it safe to use loreal color zap or what do you recommend I use to get rid of my highlights?PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME I DON'T WANT TO MAKE MY MOM PAY FOR ANOTHER DYE AND I Don't WANT TO WAIT FOR 1 YEAR FOR IT TO FADE!!

You could always just get something at the store that matches your normal hair color and dye it at home. If you are worried that it will damage your hair - try one of those that washes out in 24 washes.

If you have dark brown hair - it should not bleach it. Just go to the store and find one that matches your hair color. - I guess the base color. I think the brand is herbal essence. They make one that is non-permanent and it will wash out in several washes.
Also, you can try a color enhancing shampoo instead of re-coloring. Get one for brunettes and it should cover a lot of the highlights.

Do not try to fix it yourself, it will only make matters worse. If the hairstylist did a terrible job with the highlights, the salon should be able to fix your hair free of charge. Go back to the salon and politely tell the manager that your not happy with results and they will fix their mistake at no charge.
