How to change name on document and settings
I aquried a PC from a friend, I figured out how to change 'registered to' to my name but how do I change 'the user name for documents and settings'? I created a folder with my name but still has old user name\documents and setting.
    Thanks

The folders in "Documents and Settings" contain what are referred to as user profiles. To create a folder for yourself, you would create a new user and then logon to the computer with the new user account. Assuming Windows XP, you can manage user accounts by clicking on the Start Menu, selecting the Control Panel, and then "User Accounts". Once you've created a user account for yourself, you can delete the other users. Be aware that deleting other users will delete the corresponding folders from "Documents and Settings".
