    How to put weight ON!
    I didn't know where to put this, so if its wrong please feel free to move it.
    OK, it isn't directly a health issue as such, he isn't ill,but something has been bothering him for a long time.
    He is 29 yo, he weighs 11 stone, and he is 5`11.
    I have never known anyone in my life who can eat like he does. I have known him to have a whopper meal at mcdonalds, then order the meal again as he is still hungry.
    The problem is he never puts weight on, well he does, as in a few pounds, then as soon as he is ill he loses it all again and goes back to 11 stone, he seems to stick at that weight.
    He used to do weight training and went up to 12 stone, then he lost it all again the first time he was sick.
    He has been to the doctor about this, spoken to the person at the gym about it, even seen a nutritionist, nobody seems to be able to tell him how to keep the weight he puts on.
    As I say its not a problem as such, I would just be curious to know if anyone knows how to successfully put on weight and keep it on?
    He looks so thin sometimes, and he just wants to put some weight on.
    He has been ill recently, and looking at him now he has lost more weight.

    I am in exactly the same boat except I am 6ft 2. sitting around 11 stone.

    I have tried everything. Just about to start wheatgrass if that fails then I fricken give up!

    I just want a bit of bulk!
