Diet and excersise. There is no oter answer. Watch everything you put into your mouth. Eat only natural things like fruit and vegetables. Eat unprocessed meats. No proceesed meats, lunc meats, hot dogs, bacon, etc. avoid sugar andsalt.

Start by walking 30 min, a day and gradualy increase by 15 min a day.

    Good luck

Swimming is great. But won't help every muscle. You should do both

I live 20 minutes away from the pool of I walk so if I walk there and walk back that should do it and when I get home I can have 30mins on my bike how about that? 3 types of exercise in the space of about 2 hours!

Not all at once take baby steps. Do a little walkking build up to 20 min. when you are comfortable start doing a few laps and build from there

I know how you feel, I look at chocolate and put weight on!
As above mentioned, light exercise to start with, let your body get used to it, watch what you eat and give it time.
You know when I was younger about a year after I had my son I was a little down about my weight too, I completely stopped eating crisps/chocolate/cake/ice cream. I didn't do any exercise in that time, and I lost almost a stone in weight in 2 months, and that was just cutting all the rubbish out of my diet.
Now I will maybe have a choc bar once every week or so, have things in moderation, you will notice a difference in time, good luck.
