    Add my name to my mom's deed without her losing tax benefits
    How do I add my name to the deed on my mom's home without her losing any special tax benefits (G. I. and STAR)?

    Of course it may not be possible, esp if you are not living in the home.
    But in the US, each state has their own state law on the issue. The best thing you can do is review this with a tax attorney or with a real estate attorney
