How to deal with Minor accidents?
Hey guys... what is the impact of making a minor accident in the street... Nothing is damaged and no body injured... Just it was a small skid... and One pole (Parking not allowed ) is broken not even broken just felt down... This was happened because of the rain... and its happened at the trofic light... is there anything I need to do?. Iam sure that there is no damage at all... That pole needs to be rearrange...

DO I need to call Police? Do I need to report this ?

    Any suggessions?

Yes, I would make a report with the police as soon as you can. Many factors are involved here like bad weather etc. also if you don't report it the accident can be seen as a lit and run. And you run the risk of someone else wittnessing it and reporting it as well. I'd report it. Since it was not witnessed by police you'll fill out a report. Be sure to include all pertinent information. And take pictures to include in the report. They'll take all into consideration including the weather and time of day as well as the prior condition of the pole.
