Your parents to do not have to let you do anything, however they do have to give permission if you want to be married before the legal age. I don't recommend marriage so young, the child can have both parents in his/her life without them being married.

    Nope.

Whether you can get married without their permission is based on what state you live in.

Whether you are pregnant and/or have a child has no bearing on whether you can get married.

Continued to Ladyviper about underage marriage with baby
But what if having a child was for the simple fact that we wanted to get married and have a family right now.

No, your parents do not have to allow you to get married. It does not matter that you are having that baby in order to get married. When you come of age, you can get married without your parent's permission. Perhaps they will sign for you to get married before you are of legal age, but they do not HAVE to.

Sorry that has no bearing, but it shows a lot of immaturity to bring a baby into this world for that reason. It shows you are not ready to get married. If the father is an adult and you are a minor, he could be arrested and prosecuted for statutory rape.

I'm hoping this was a rhetorical question and you aren't actually pregnant at this point, because if you are, you are heading for major problems and I most feel sorry for that poor baby brought into this situation.

Well I guess it shows you should have looked up the laws before doing something, asking what if, is a lot better than finding out, that they don't have to still

But no, your parents will still have control over you, and do not have to let you get married

Plus if you are under age, (age of conscent) they can have the father of the child charged by the police for rape. So it is likely if you are under age you will not be seeing the father for a couple of years.
