    Is there a connection that you can connect 3" copper to 3"pvc pipe for drain from toilet to sewer stack

    Yes there is a copper fitting called a 3inch copper female adapter. There is another one made of neoprene called a no-hub connector, it has to metal straps that tighten and make it water proof, this would be your cheapest way out. Another one is a 3 inch fernco adapter.
