    Could this be implantation bleeding?
I was wondering; I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and because of this, I do not get regular periods. I'm lucky if I get 2 per year. Anyhow, I had a baby 12 years ago, and then found out (surprisingly) that I was pregnant again in December of 2004 (after having two miscarriages in 1997 and 1999). I gave birth to another beautiful son on July 27, 2005, although I did suffer from a placenta abruptia, and had to have an emergency c-section.

Anyhow, once I started having my periods again, they came regularly for almost 10 months, then things screwed up again and I got one in June of 06 and October of 06, then April of this year (07). My husband and I have had unprotected sex probably about every other day since my last period, and now I am noticing the past day or so that when I go to the bathroom and wipe, there is a little bit of pink on the toilet paper. It's not a lot, and it's a faint pink, and there is nothing in my panties, or liner. Could it be that I'm possibly preparing to get my period, or is there a possibility that this COULD be implantation bleeding and I should take a hpt?

With me not getting my periods regularly, I am not sure what to look for. I showed no signs of pregnancy with either of my last two pregnancies or with the miscarriages (until it was too late). Could there be another reason that could cause pink to appear on the toilet paper?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would take an hpt just to be on the safe side. But it sound like your period is about to start. Don't know much about pos. I plan on doing some research on it tonight though. Hopefully, this helped answer your question... I am sure someone with more knowledge on the pos will come along shortly if not.

I don't know, I would take a test, I would guess you are pregnant, because of the lightness of the blood, and the fact that you mentioned that you do ovulate from time to time... but I wouldn't entirely rule out a period either... PCOS makes it very difficult to conceive..
