To avoid many diseases, it is essential that roses get morning sun, so that dew does not remain on leaves. Do NOT overhead water roses, with sprinkler or such. Water at the base only with a drip system. Contact your local nursery, take a sample of leaves with you. Possibly they are lacking nutrition.I put my banana skins through the blender with a little water, then add this to a 10 gallon barrel of water. I keep this constantly going so I am hand watering my roses with a banana skin tea which is high in potassium. I have friends who just bury the banana skins under the mulch of the roses.
