    Mystery illness 4 yr old dog
    Our Maltese Mozart came down suddenly with an unknown illness and hasn't eaten in a week. Does anyone have experience feeding a dog with no desire to eat? Please help. Urgent. Urine and blood work done, nothing way off norm. Getting weak but able and willing to drink water on his own once in awhile.

    You haven't said how old your dog is ? Any information like that helps to understand the problem.

    Getting him to eat won't save him. He is sick, and the vet needs to find the problem and cure it if possible. You may even need to go to a different vet.
