I'm 15 years old a have recently been ill. I have been having really bad stomach aches on and off and I just feel really tired all the time. I went to the doctors yesterday and they said I had a bloackage in my bowel and I have been put on antibiotics. But when I woke up this morning I found it really hard to breath. The breathing difficulties comes and goes. What is wrong with me? Do I have lung cancer? I'm reali scared please help me!

No muppet hun, you don't have lung cancer. It is possible that you may have a chest cold. Do you have asthma?

But no hun, you don't have cancer. Just tell your mum you are having a hard time breathing and she will either give you something for it or take you back to the doctor.

I know how having trouble breathing can be ever so scary. And yes all of us think the worst, as J9 has suggested, most likely a chest cold or fluids from the infection. Although it can be related in other ways to your current illness, or even a reaction to medication they have you on. It may be something your parents need to discuss with your doctor

Are you sure its' nothing serious. I get really sacred when it comes on. It is really bad when I first wake up. Then it gets better as the day goes on. Then comes on really bad when I go to sleep. What else could be wrong?
