Its taken me a hell of a long time and a lot of posts to realise this but if you ex asks you for a break , break up or whatever you should not even ask for the reason or not even want to know the reason. This may sound stupid and some people may say well I want to know why they want to have the break so maybe I can fix it or we can work on that point or we can try and do this. They will probably just tell you why but that is probably not the reason at all.

The best you can do is to say OK straight away return all there belongings take a deep breath hold all your emotions in till they are gone. Then cry and winge.

When the ex leaves most people get so emtional they forget that there ex has no longer got them in there life. Wo manypeople on here say but they may have forgotten me!! Definitely not the reason you say and do nothing is so you are not putting any pressure on the situation you are doing what they want, they sais a BREAk and that's what they will get.

People must realise when they want a break it means they no longer get to have you in there lifeb give it a week and the ex will sometimes start to realise where the hell ar they because the person who gets dumped normally chases like mad and just gets further out. You need to turn this aroubnd and have your ex wondering what your up to now maybe you have a new someone. This happens its life people dump peopleand the wonder when they don't hear from them for a couple of weeks.

This is so hard to put in place but if anyone reads thisit is the correct thing to do but probably ownly done 1% of the time...

I agree with you mckenzie134 that is good advice and very true no one actuald does it but it is the best thing to do.
