    Body wraps for weight loss
Has anyone used at home body wraps for weight loss(or inches.) and if so were they bought or made? If made does anyone know of a good recipe? Thank you!

    Also what were your results?

Body wraps are a quick fix product, you lose water weight only and then the minute you eat or drink, you'll gain it back. A healthy diet is the only real fix to losing body fat, permanently, along withn exercise.

Lovelesspa: thank you. I know that the proper diet and excersise will help me and I am also doing both. I was just wondering what peoples results were with body wraps. I know some people swear by them and others not so much. I have also heard that after you have done a body wrap you are to drink 2 liters of water so that all toxins are properly eliminated.

Again, has anyone ever used them?

    Green,
I have used a body wrap years ago when I was 17. I went in a small size 12 and came out a comfortable 9. I lost about 8 inches that day total, that count includes loss from all areas. I don't remember how long it stayed gone, but I bought a pair of shorts right after I did it and wore them all summer long. I have not tried one since, the place I did it at closed down and it was the most convenient place for me.

We all know that diet and exercise are the only way to permanently rid yourself of fat and cellulite, so I am not going into that. I thought the body wrap experience was great, with or without permanent loss. I just felt so relaxed and comfy in the warm wraps. I would do it again in a heartbeat if there were another place close by. It does just feel good, the smell was nice and it was cozy. It probably goes back to the days of being swaddled as a baby who knows. If I were you, I would give it a try just for giggles, and if inches drop then that is bonus.

This is a website that gives you a recipe to make it at home, good luck to you.
