    Judgement on home
I have recently been informed by the city that they are going to purchase my home. I own my home, but I have a judgement against it by a bank for a loan of about 12,000.00 that I never paid. My question is this, if the city is forcing me to sell, am I required to pay the judgement? Im technically not selling for a profit and if it were up to me I wouldn't be selling my home at all? What should I do? Please, any advice would be helpful. Thanks

THe judgement will have to be paid, or a clear title will not happen.
