    Landlord rights
    Does anyone know if a landlord has a tenant that was arrested and convicted of drug trafficking out of a home can they be evicted immediately

    Most states have laws that allow the landlord to get an emergency eviction in this situation. Contact the court where landlord/tenant matters are handled. They should be able to tell you if you can file for an immediate eviction.
