    Pilot light
    Dear sir, my pilot light on the gas fire - central heating keeps going out, is there anything I can do to fix it.

    It could be a thermocouple. What is the brand and model number of your furnace?

    Are you in the UK? If so then go to Heating Replacement Parts and Controls or Control Centre. They are in the phone book/Yellow pages. Ok.

    More than likely you will need a thermocouple.
