    viginity and the hyman
I took my daughther (16) to the doctor after she had runaway with her boyfriend. She swears she has never had sex, the docotor said there was no one that could tell if you had sex,yet she says I haven't. In the examination they found no hyman, she doesn't engage in sports,or ride horses or bikes so how can this be? She is really upset and says that it won't be special when she gets married. Do you have any answr for me to give her?

If she uses tampons she most likely does not have her hymen in tact. Another thing could be an injury when she was little. Many girls have broken their hymen by, for instance, riding a boys bicycle and slipping and falling on the center bar of the bike.

There are many many reasons a girl may not have a hymen other than just sex.

Regarding Hyman [ 1 Answers ]

Hi, at the very first time I did sex with my boyfirend it didn't bleed for me? Why is that? Is that mean my hyman was not there? Or it broken that time without bleeding? Is it rare case ? Is there any way of checking it now?
