    Fading dark tinted hair.
I have naturally light brown hair.
I have been tinting it for almost 2 years.
I have been using REDKIN Color Gels (permanent conditioning haircolor).
I blend level 4N Hazelnut & 4NA Chicory. Very dark. Almost black.
Since I have been growing it out for the 2 years, the ends have been tinted more.
However, I would really like to fade the ends, and keep dying my roots dark.
I DO NOT want to use anything that will damage it because I want to keep growing it out.
I'm also on a very tight budget.*
    Any suggestions?

If you want to fade the ends of your hair, try using dandruff shampoos, clarify shampoos or Prell to help fade the color faster.

Hi. I used to have pretty light blonde hair, mostly from highlights. Today I went to get hightlights and I asked for a golden blonde color instead of just straight bleach. She said because I had such light ends that I should do a highlight and a lowlight. I said OK assuming it would turn out a...
