    Sounds in heart
    A 39 year old women overweight, works out, has a girgling sound in her heart. What should she do? She is also having very bad sciatica pains

    She needs to visit her doctor and possibly get a referral to a cardiologist.

    POSSIBLY a heart valve problem causing a murmur.

    She needs to go to a primary care provider as soon as possible and have a complete history and physical and to discuss health issues [ obesity, cholesterol, risk for diabetes, hi blood pressure, mamogram, pap smear etc.. ] as well as PREVENTATIVE plan for these.

    Live, not only longer, but healthier.
