    I haven't heard of window2003. Apparently you have an operating system installed... Have you tried going to Microsoft.com for advice? If you had window2000 ( I never cared for how it operated ) on the same hard drive, it may be as simple as going to your control panel and using a delete program/uninstall on the program/file you don't want. (I've never tried that with an entire operating system.) When you open the uninstall dialogue box, see if the "Show Updates" box at the top is checked. But definitely check with Microsoft. It's their stuff...

    Seems a pointless excess going from a more advanced OS to a lasser one.

    CaptainRich, the OP is referring to Server OS's.
