    I would say all copper pipe is common in plumbing, depending on what the application is.

    "L" type copper pipe is used in most of our construction. There are three types of copper pipe. Type "M" which is thin wall, Type "L" which is medium wall and type "K" which is heavy wall. Cheers, Tom
