54 in ancient bronze ceiling fan with heater
I purchased the hampton bay 54 In. Ancient Bronze Ceiling Fan With Heater

Model 00065. When it was installed it worked just fine but now the remote no longer turns on the heater and I cannot use the fan or the light by itself. Both the fan and the light have to be on. I cannot control the speed of the fan anymore. The instructions have been misplaced so I cannot check to see what the problem is. Do you have any help for me or do you know how I can get a copy of the instruction booklet.

    Thank you
    Karen

I'm not familiar with any Hampton Bay fans with heaters and remotes. If the remote no longer functions as it should, I would return the fan to the store for a replacement under warranty. Most likely the instructions won't help you, unless there is some feature on the remote that got switched on accidentally. Again I am not familiar with this model fan so I don't know.
