    What do I need to do to add my husband's name to the title on my home?

    Hi. In Arizona, if you've taken title as "a married woman as her sole and separate property" then you would deed from yourself to you and your husband and state "husband and wife" after your names. You'll need to record it so that it becomes "of record".
