    Lacking Energy
    I seem to eat enough of the proper foods but lack energy and am often tired despite sufficient sleep. Help! :confused:

    You need some blood work done if you are eating right and sleeping well. It could be a minor case of anemia. But without the proper medical workup it is hard to say for sure.
