Cellulite is used to describe fat deposits under the skin, reducing overall body fat and increasing muscle mass will help reduce cellulite. These gels "worK" by temporarily stimulating circulations to fat cells. The real only cellulite treatment that works is to eat healthy, tone up and exercise a regular basis.

Hello I have a cellulite problem and have started using " Nivea Good-bye cellulite". I got it at Amazon for 22.50. Works well for me. Its not a miracle cream, but it will reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Cellulite is stored in little pockets separated by fibrous strands (septae). No cream will truly "get rid of" cellulite. The may, "help with the appearance of cellulite", because most have caffeine as one of the ingredients, this helps blood flow to the skin and works basically like a diuretic, removing moisture from the skin, therefore, it temporary firms it, key work temporary. Exercise and diet are the only real cures.

The argument I hear is that ingredients can't come through the skin but if that is the case ointments, lotions and nicotine patches wouldn’t work. Diet alone will not get rid of trapped fat beneath skin layers either. There are proven ingredients that can break down fat and the most direct way to do this would be via a cream. With that in mind I tried RevitaShape. With diet exercise AND RevitaShape, I was able to get rid of skin dimpling really in weeks and my skin feels smoother and silkier.
