    Taxable Maritial Status
    Hi

I had filed for my H1B in the 2007 qouta. I came on a H4 and applied for H1B after entering US. The application was selected in the lottery and had been accepted, however on April 24th, 2007 an RFC came to my lawyer asking for the following information

Paystubs of my wife and last years tax returns of my employer

I was able to arrange for both however there was a query which I had regarding the Pay Stub..

The Taxable Maritial Status mentioned on my wife's Paystub is SINGLE..

Question: Would there be any problem if my Lawyer submits the same Pay Stub in which the maritial status is mentioned as SINGLE.

Please help me by answer this question and solve my problem

    Regards
    Shane
