Panel rating - Raintite Class CTL #AL-36422
Where can I get the rating on an older Raintite Panel. Right now there is a 70-Amp main breaker and I want to upgrade this to 100-amp. The inspector wants something that shows this panel is rated for 100-amp service. Tried a search on the Internet and didn't come up with this panel anywhere. Suggestions?

Really need more info on the panel, such as the manufacturer ,the number given sounds like a UL number, not a part number. It may be, but without a make it is hard to tell you anything about the panel.

CTL vs Non-Ctl; Now what can I do [ 3 Answers ]

OK I understand the difference between CTL and Non-CTL. I am becoming confused. I had a licensed electrician give me a quote to install a 100 amp 2 pole breaker into my 40 space panel. But he would have to use tandem breakers in order to get the 2 pole breaker to fit. When I reviewed the panel,...

42 max vs CTL [ 1 Answers ]

OK, getting closer. It sounds like even though I have a cuttler hammer panel which has a max of 10 tandem breaker slots (slotted bar), I can still add a tandem breaker (one that is a non-ctl) to this panel as long as I do not exceed the 42 max pole requirement. If this is the case then I am set...
