    If you never got the items, if they did get a warrant and search your house it should be easy, since the items will not be there.

    Will they,? Who knows, most likely they won't do anything,

    And if they do decide to do something, they will file a law suit against you. In civil court, not crminal court.
    Since they can't prove you got the items, I don't believe they really have a case for a civil trial or a criminal trial. If someone that was in your home called them and told them they say this item or that item, then maybe with that persons testomony they could get a warrant, but I just don't see it happening. ** now with that said, if you are a suspect as a drug dealer, or some crime boss, and they could get a judge to sign a warrant for this, hopeing to find something else while they are there, but the odds of that happening is pretty small,
