Nicholas Roske ,a would be assassin was targeting Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh .

Nicholas Roske ,(aka Sophie Roske under his transformer pseudonym ) has been sentence to a whole 8 years for his attempted assassination of Justice Kavanaugh .

Why such leniency ? Because a Judge appointed by Clueless Joe's auto-pen ;Deborah Boardman,; decided he would be punished enough by the cruel Trump justice system that has him going to a men's prison.

During the hearing Boardman also questioned Mao about Roske’s treatment in prison, as there is a current executive order mandating that Roske be placed in a male-only facility. Mao responded to say that she did not know how Roske would be assigned, and that the treatment of transgender inmates in federal prison is the subject of litigation.

Justice Diane Goodstein's home was fire bombed this weekend . She was walking the beach . But her husband had to jump from the 2nd story window . He had multiple fractures . Her so was also in the house . His injuries have not been released .
